Growing your own food can be very peaceful and nutritionally rewarding experience. Doesn't matter if you've never done it before. That makes it all the more fun! Start small and before you know it, you'll find that it was all worth it.
There are sooo many ways to get in those exercise points. Find what's best for you. If you are a newbie don't over do. If you are an exercise buff, it's probably time to start switching things up.
Laughter is one of the things that can help you sustain your youth and peace of mind. Corny jokes are still the best! Play cards or board games with your kids or your friends and family members, but don't keep score...just play. Hide and seek is always a favorite! Here's a great corny joke to get you started...."Why don't cannibals eat clowns? Because they taste funny"
Don't keep pushing yourself to the brink . Make sure to get enough sleep. It's true, it's easier said than done, but going without sleep for too long can really take a toll on your body and mind. If you feel you've tried everything and are still up as a pup, consult your doctor for advice.
